Caroline Henning
President/Co-Founder
Caroline dives in, cares and connects with her clients.
She’s a product of not only a tight-knit family but also of the service industry which provided a backbone for her listening and communication skills. She’s here to become an extension of your team with a passion for digital advertising, consultative selling and building relationships.
With more than 16 years of experience, Caroline most recently helped an award-winning publisher launch and grow Lift Digital, an in-house digital agency- a path that led her to co-founding Evolear Digital.
With deep knowledge in digital products, recruitment, consumer and b2b marketing and advertising, she’s constantly looking for what’s next to grow and is always ready to learn as the industry is ever changing.
Caroline also enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. There isn’t a lot of quiet in the Henning household, but every day is an adventure, for sure. Other passions include learning and talking about vitamins (ask her), supporting local restaurants and businesses, group fitness, and asking a lot of questions.
Kurt Beneker
COO/Co-Founder
With a media career spanning nearly 20 years, Kurt brings a creative blend of digital marketing and sales experience to Evolear Digital.
With technical expertise in travel, financial and higher education, Kurt is passionate with an organized, results-driven media buying approach that has been fine-tuned through his years working for both national and local media companies. Kurt most recently helped an award-winning publisher launch and grow Lift Digital, an in-house digital agency- a path that led him to co-founding Evolear Digital.
Kurt deep dives into client’s needs to help create custom plans that look beyond display ads and into new, innovative platforms that help find his client’s new customers and create even deeper engagement with existing audiences.
Beyond work, Kurt’s love for the outdoors keeps him grounded and busy hiking, skiing and traveling with his wife, Jess, and two young daughters. When not out and about with his family, he’ll gladly buy you a beer at his favorite, local beer garden.
Meghan Chomeau
Director of Digital Media/Co-Founder
Meghan’s digital experience spans 9-plus years. She got her start on the e-commerce team of Kohl’s where she developed an intimate understanding of promotions, messaging, and the online path to purchase.
Her passion for community and the city of Milwaukee led her to OnMilwaukee. As the team lead for Digital Media Buying, her passion for digital marketing and analytics also grew.
Meghan co-founded Evolear Digital because she loves working directly with businesses of all sizes, learning their story, and ultimately helping them achieve their goals. From upper funnel to lower funnel advertising Meghan helps companies cohesively reach users at every stage of the customer journey. She loves digital because it is impossible to get bored in a world of constant change.
Beyond work, Meghan lives for family and community. Her and her husband stay busy playing with their baby girl and golden retriever. On the weekends you can find her walking along the lake with a coffee in hand, doing yoga, cooking, and checking out a new restaurant.
Devan Shepherd
Social Media & Creative Content Manager
Devan has been enthusiastic about art and creative content for as long as she can remember. Focusing her studies on photography and design, led her down an innovative path of traditional marketing, social media management, digital media, freelance brand expansion, and content design. She spent 3+ years at a digital media company where she expanded her knowledge of digital marketing bringing different perspectives to campaign content while working with clients to break out of the ‘boxes and squares’ of digital advertising. At Evolear, Devan enjoys close relationships with clients helping them reach their goals while taking a wide-lens look at advertising campaigns and staying on top of the ever-changing world of social media.
When not in front of a screen (or multiple screens), Devan and her husband are wrangling their two energetic girls and equally spirited, Australian Shepherd. They love living in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee, and – as a family – do their best to embrace restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, artisan markets, live music, and community festivals.
Weekends consist of home improvements and DIYs, as they renovate their first house into a cozy home.
Griffin Bungener
Media Strategist/Buyer
Griffin is an outgoing, results-oriented communicator, analyst, and project manager with nearly 20 years of experience. Her analytical interests and marketing communications background led her to Evolear Digital.
She spent a large majority of her career, here in Wisconsin, at Bader Rutter & Associates where she developed a passion for efficiently building, deploying, and managing business strategies. She has worked with a wide-variety of clients, in many different industries, over the years.
Outside of work, you can find Griffin in the garden, spending time with her family, or in Door County. She and her husband, Tad, have two kids who have thoroughly embraced the midwest and have become passionate skiers and sailors. After nearly 8 years in Arizona they are enjoying being back in the Midwest where they are closer to family and life-long friends.
