Griffin is an energetic, results-driven communicator, analyst, and project manager with over 20 years of experience. Her blend of analytical acumen and a strong foundation in marketing communications naturally led her to Evolear Digital.

She spent the majority of her career in Wisconsin at Bader Rutter & Associates, where she cultivated a passion for building, launching, and managing business strategies with efficiency and impact. She’s also a natural when it comes to building relationships and trust with her clients. Over the years, she has partnered with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, gaining a deep appreciation for cross-functional collaboration and adaptability.

Outside the office, Griffin enjoys time in the garden, with her family, or up north in Door County. She and her husband, Tad, have two children who have wholeheartedly embraced the Midwest lifestyle—developing a love for both skiing and sailing. Life today is centered around family, long-time friends, and enjoying the seasons together, whether on the slopes or out on the water.
