She’s a product of not only a tight-knit family but also of the service industry, which provided a backbone for her listening and communication skills. She’s here to become an extension of your team with a passion for digital advertising, consultative selling, and building relationships.

With more than 16 years of experience, Caroline most recently helped an award-winning publisher launch and grow Lift Digital, an in-house digital agency- a path that led her to co-found Evolear Digital.

With deep knowledge in digital products, recruitment, consumer and B2B marketing, and advertising, she’s constantly looking for what’s next to grow and is always ready to learn as the industry is ever-changing.

Caroline also enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. There isn’t a lot of quiet in the Henning household, but every day is an adventure, for sure. Other passions include learning and talking about vitamins (ask her), supporting local restaurants and businesses, group fitness, and asking a lot of questions.
